Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
